Kaasveredeling Kruijt was founded in 1982 by Leen Kruijt. As the son of a cheese wholesaler, trading in cheese and dairy products came naturally to him. The family-owned business based in Zegveld quickly grew into a professional trader, processor and packager of cheese and cheese side streams for the food industry. Ivo Kruijt (2nd generation) joined the company in 2009, guaranteeing the continuity of the family business for the future. The ingredients of our success are our ability to give customers total peace of mind by listening carefully, thinking with them in finding solutions and always going the extra mile for them.
Kaasveredeling Kruijt provides the following solutions for the cheese processing industry:
- Sorting and packaging of dairy products.
- Removal of rind (naturally matured cheese).
- Dividing and packaging of cheese.
- Trade in dairy products.
Kaasveredeling Kruijt has all the necessary approvals and quality certificates. The products we pack are processed throughout Europe.

Modern production facility
Our production facility extends across a surface area of 5,000 m². The interior fully complies with the very latest requirements in terms of packaging and processing technology, hygiene, safety and quality. Kaasveredeling Kruijt BV is FSSC 22000 (GFSI food safety), VLOG, Meadowmilk and Organic certified. You can also contact us for halal-certified products.
A new building is currently being constructed 30 metres from our current premises. This will have a large refrigerated storage capacity, two docks and additional production facilities.
